Privacidad Policy

Last updated 24 September 2026. This page explains what Mom's Night Out (momsnightout.es) stores about you and why. Questions or a deletion request: support@momsnightout.es.

Accounts

If you register, we store your name, email, phone number, profession, areay any bio you add. Tu contraseña is stored only as a hash. We use your email and phone number to run your account and to send a password-reset email to the address on the account. We do not share your email address or telephone number with other members.

The number of childreny any ages or schools you choose to add, are used only to suggest other members who have children of a similar age or at the same school. These details are optional. If you leave them blank, you are not included in those suggestions. You can change or remove them later on your profile.

Membresía payments

Cuando los pagos estén activos, la membresía se paga en una página alojada por Stripe. Ahora mismo los pagos están en pausa y no se puede pagar nada nuevo. The card number, expiry datey security code are entered there. Mom's Night Out does not receive them, cannot see themy does not store them. Stripe handles that information under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and under Stripe’s privacy policy. What we keep is only your membership status, the end of the current periody the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives us so we know whether your membership is active.

WhatsApp community

Mensajes from the community WhatsApp chats are sent to this site so they can be turned into recommendations, marketplace listingsy events. A message may include the sender’s name, the texty a photo. Listings and recommendations can show a first name or the name used in the chat. Phone numbers are not shown on the public story reviews.

Reviews on the home page

If you leave a review, we store and publish your name, star ratingy the text of the review. Do not include a phone number or an email address in the review.

Mensajes between members

You can message another member from their profile. That is there so you can reach each other without handing over a telephone number. The message is stored so the two of you can read it. Other members cannot see ity member search never shows an email address or a phone number.

Advertising

An advert enquiry stores the name, email, phone, business name, packagey any file you upload. We email that enquiry to the site admin and a confirmation to you.

Cookies

The site sets a session cookie so you can stay logged iny a language cookie if you choose English, Spanish, or Dutch. These are used to run the site, not to advertise to you on other websites. The cookie tab at the bottom of the page starts with both allowed. You can open it any time and turn the language cookie off. The session cookie stays on.

How long we keep it

Account and message data stays until you ask us to delete it, or until a listing or event passes the time limit already shown on that page. Correo support@momsnightout.es to ask for your account to be deleted.

Where it is stored

El sitio y su base de datos están alojados por Hostinger. Los pagos están en pausa ahora (Stripe los procesa cuando están activos). The browser loads fonts from Google and, on map pages, map tiles from their provider.
